Lee's MirrorBlock.lsp h
Hi Lee.I see your a routine at here:
https://www.theswamp.org/index.php?topic=46271.msg513250#msg513250
I test with a Anonymous block. Error :
; error: bad argument type: VLA-OBJECT nil I think it is because anonymous blocks can not be renamed. I'll address this issue when I find some time - I wasn't aware that this concept program was widely used.
Dear Lee,
I am using your most of the program from your website.
thanks for a creating such a useful website , and I am appreciating your efforts. Lee,
Just an FYI, I notice that it won't mirror MTEXT in a block. Is there some variable I need to turn on? or is the LISP written to only mirror DTEXT. Other than that it's a very useful routine.
thanks,
Brian
Thank you for your gratitude CAD USER, I'm delighted to hear that you find my programs useful in your work!
The current program is only designed to account for single-line text, and will simply enable the ActiveX backwards property for all single-line text within the mirrored block definition, causing it to display correctly when the block reference is mirrored.
Lee is a Super Star .We all respect him.
Lee, I think you underestimate how widely some of your stuff is used. You can probably find your routines in 90% of the CAD offices in some form or another. I've seen your stuff popup just about everywhere when I was a CAD consultant.
Thanks.
