Interpretation of 7/8 metal tu

Hi everyone I'm new to all of this, but I needed some help interpreting a old drawing to dimension it on CAD. The drawing is to a metal tubing and not sure if I'm reading it right; needed the tolerance on the wall thickness thanks

I cant see any tolerance specified for the wall thickness from the description it says the thickness can be either 0.033 or 0.042 but the tolerance for the diameter of the tube is specified in the dimension as plus or minus 0.005 from 0.880 that means the diameter can be in between 0.875 and 0.885.

laiju thanks for the reply, I figured it was that but needed another opinion; thanks for the info it was most appreciated.
