1.12" bsp nut
anybody know where i can download a dwg of a 1.1/2" bsp nut,i cant find one on google anywhere or All nuts are based on simple geometry pretty sure its 2 x dia bolt do a circle then have 6 sides touching circle yeh its pretty basic mechanical has all that stuff on a giant library of parts you could use. Draw it up yourself. How long could it possibly take?It will be good practice.how are you getting on with it do you want me to post the nut? it's easy really. Didn't know what a BSP nut was till I saw this post. Wasn't sure the bloody british used anything standard these days....
Should be pretty simple to sketch up. If no one else replies I'll post something by tomorrow. i dont have the info on a 1 1/2" bsp, thats my point.I cant find on google the dims i.e a/f and thickness of nut.I could draw it no probs if i know what dimensions the nut was As a compettent drafter you need to know how to find the answers nuts and bolt stuff is to international standards it took me about 10 seconds to find the answer using google fasteners standard We have tolook up standards all the time
To gain compentency you need to know how to look up stuff if you dont know the answer ask someone but the question here is not how to draw one nut but how to look up the correct standards for all nuts and bolts
