Hi..i am doing assignment for my autocad 2002..but i have difficulty with this "M10*1.5 TO diameter 20 HOLE" which used to describe 2 cyclinders in an object. Anyone can explain to me what does it means..Thanks for help

Pitch is the angle it is leaning at. i.e. if a roof has a pitch of 20 degrees, it slopes up to the ridgeline at an angle of 20 degrees etc.

Uhmm, not exactly in this case. Pitch is the distance from a point on the thread to the next same point on the thread. For a single thread it is also the lead, the distance the fastener would translate (advance) in one rotation.
 
This should be covered in a diagram in your textbook.
