I have a .dwg that was exported fromI've zoomed extents in the drawing and see nothing. I've checked that all layers are turned on, unfrozen and not locked (also checked this in the one layout window viewport - nothing). In MS if I go SELECt, ALL it finds 500 objects or so in this .dwg so the data is there somewhere, I just can't seem to find it for some reason. Once you have 'selected all' try opening the Properties Palette; this should give you some idea as to what the entities are. I tried that, and they are all Color by layer, linetype by layer, layers vary. Using quick properties I found there's 200 points or so in the drawing etc. If they are points, try setting PDMODE to 35 and PDSIZE to 0.At least they should be visible then.
It sounds like some kind of survey data ? Ok I'll give that a try. if it is a survey, you may have it in real coordinates, like x=500000 y=600000.
if you have another object in 0,0, with zoom extents all object will be too small to see, so the drawing might look empty. It sounds like "NODES",Type ddptype and pick a point type and set a bigger value.
To get rid off just erase and type all.
