Insert Raster Image Ref - cust

In AutoCAD 2008, I inserted a jpg as a Raster Image Reference.The drawing looks and plots perfect, but the customer says that when he opens the dwg he can only see the box around the image and the "path" of the image.
 
What am I missing to make it work for the customer?

I believe if you use Etransmit it will send everything related with that drawing so they should be able to see exactly what you see.
