Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering of prestige university, Master degree is preferred, but not a must.
5. Other Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the development or application of automotive fastening and assembly solutions.
Previous work in and familiarity with the automotive marketplace, its customers and business climate. Direct and frequent contact with Automotive OEMs and Tier One Suppliers is desirable.
Familiarity with and significant exposure to contemporary tools of product development: 3D CAD and CAE.
The knowledge Advanced Product Quality Planning, DFM&A, PPAP and etc.
Fluent in English, verbal and writing.
Computer skill for Office software, and Design software.
Sales and project development/management in automotive industry will be preferred.
