All drawings created by any users shall have the main drawing layout information placed in model space, all xrefs, blocks, dimensions and text specific to the layout shall be plcaed here.
Paper space shall be used for title block information, scaled viewports, revision information and general text. No other information other than this shall be placed on the paper space layout tab.
