Autocad crashed; toolbars are

Sigh. I had written a much longer post but the forum seems to have eaten it.
Here's my issue. Autocad crashed on me, and when I start it up again, all of my toolbars are gone. Is there a quick way to get them back? I could manually set them all up again, but that's time consuming and aggravating. There's got to be a faster way. Uh...right?

Did you edit your desktop icon to always start that profile, make a copy of the icon then properties change the /p myprofile. You can have multiple profile icons.
