Blocks won't print

Hi folks,

One of our designers is working on a simple project and she came to me for help printing out her project. The problem is there are blocks in the drawing (showing a table and 4 chairs) and they won't show up when she prints. I'm stumped. Anyhelp would be much appreciated.

The objects that make up the block are on defpoints layer, edit the block so those are on layer 0.
