I'm trying to understand what this Object reference missing error is trying to tell me. Is it the case that it's saying that:
1. The AecDbRailing is not apart of the block?
2. The AecDbMaterialDef is not associated to the block?
3. That when I edit the block in place, the block needs all bits to be in the block before I can edit the block in place?
