Plot Style Table Doesn't

I have a drawing that doesn't list my .CTB files in the Plot Style table in the plot tool. Only styles showing are .STB files. Any other drawing I open and plot shows my .CTB files. Any thoughts?

The dwg is probably set up for style based plotting. It can be converted to color based with the Convertpstyles command.
