UCS rotated?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've never encountered this before! I have opened a drawing sent by a customer, and when I set the UCS to World, and zoom all in plan, the UCS is rotated to a strange angle. How do I ge the UCS and view to be a standard horizontal X axis? Thank you for your help

Type PLAN and to switch current view to WCS.

Is good to hear that was solved - probably someone has aligned the view with a particular UCS (rotated) to be able to draw parallel with screen edges.
