Try this paper space tutorial. And always make sure to draw full scale in model space.

Do you mean scaling objects? working to scale? setting viewports to scale?

I have a drawing with scale 1:25. I f I want to make a cut in this drawing to make a detail-drawing, will this detail be in the same scale?

I also need to find the area on parts of the drawing, but when I use the area tool the area becomes way to big. Am I doing something wrong?

That's the benefit to drawing everything full size in model space then switching to your layout, adding a viewport or two or more, then "scaling" the viewports. The viewports in your layouts can all have different scales but the objects in model space stay untouched. They do not have to be scaled up or down as the case may be.
