How to reset a single toolbar?

A real basic question for you;
To bring a toolbar back to default I can use a backup of my .cui files, but won't that reset all the toolbars? Can I somehow reset only a single toolbar within a .cui?

Sorry, as far as I know, it's all or nothing. If you want to restore the toolbar to default you will have to replace your current CUI file with the backup. This, of course, will restore all toolbars to default though.

Why don't you just edit the toolbar and remove the Non-Default buttons?

You should really get into the habit of always making a backup copy of whatever you're working on before making any changes to it. That way you can restore the previous version if something goes wrong.
