Isometric Drawings & tolerance

this is my first post so deal with me lol

i am at school and we have to draw an isometric drawing of a screw

Title: Screw
Material: SAE 4320
Inch

and it is kicking my ass! i dont know how to draw the screw head for one
2) the dimensions are in tolerances and i dont know how to draw using tolerances

can someone help?
