The title says it all ,I was sent some sketches that were drawn with 2011 and they won't open up in 2010.is there an easy fix to this or maybe some sort of viewer I can use to view them.

well eDrawings is a free app you can download from solidworks so you can open and view them with the current eDrawing program, but you can't edit anything.
Solidworks and most if not all Parametric cad programs are not backwards compatible. I dont know of any way to open them unless they are converted to a neutral format like iges or step.
